Management is one of the most important fields that affects the education systems. We can define management as making the best use of the human resourses and the material resourses in order to achieve the goals of the institution. Managers are asked to do many different jobs within the organization. These jobs vary according to the level they are on. To sum up , I will try to deal some of the key concepts that meet most of the people who study management.

Organizations join forces to accomplish common goals. Sometimes the goals of these organizations are for profit, such as franchise restaurant chains or clothing retailers. Other times, the goals are more altruistic, such as nonprofit churches or public schools. But no matter what their aims, all these organizations share two things in common: They’re made up of people, and certain individuals are in charge of these people.
